What is RFOU ? RFOU is NEK 606 standard offshore power cable for fixed installation on offshore units.
RFOU is produced by low smoke and halogen free thermosetting compound, so it features LSHF and flame retardant.
RFOU is produced according to NEK 606 and IEC 60092-353 standard.
It is tinned stranded copper wire conductor, HF-EPR insulation, halogen-free compound inner sheath, tinned copper wire braided armor, and halogen-free thermosetting compound SHF2 or SHF Mud outer sheathing.
RFOU is flame retardant, low smoke, halogen free and mud resistant as requested.
